Which Managers do you want to focus on?

Management Levels in your organisation will map to the content for accredited programmes using numbered "levels" 1-8 which form part of the NCF - national credit framework. These levels have been designed to cover a whole working career from new starter to chief executive.

Croft Centre works with the three levels that stand out as being critical to organisational development:

  • Level 3: First line manager - tactical management skills
  • Level 5: Middle Manager - core management concepts
  • Level 7: Senior Manager - strategic management disciplines

Which of these three levels within your organisation would benefit most from management development right now?

If you're thinking "all of them", an excellent tip is to start off with a pilot programme at Level 5 - that way you get the benefits of the development working three times harder:

  • Once for the delegates
  • Once upwards influencing their managers
  • Once downwards influencing their teams
