  • Identify topics that fit your development priorities.
  • Attend the training and get to the essence of the topic through models, case studies, discussion, exercises, guides and templates.

Qualifications

  • In addition to the taught days, you also have the option to complete a recognised management qualification.
  • If you decide to do a qualification, get your development passport "stamped" to bank applicable units towards a CMI Award or Certificate in Management and Leadership and then come on one of the half day qualification induction sessions.

Funding

  • The central NHS SW London OD team has been allocated funding from a budgeted allocation of central development funds.
