Your Development
With your line manager at a one to one meeting, discuss your training needs relative to your work objectives in your role now, and as they will develop over the next 18 months.
Identify topics that fit your development priorities.
Attend the training and get to the essence of the topic through models, case studies, discussion, exercises, guides and templates.
Qualifications
In addition to the taught days, you also have the option to complete a recognised management qualification.
If you decide to do a qualification, get your development passport "stamped" to bank applicable units towards a CMI Award or Certificate in Management and Leadership and then come on one of the half day qualification induction sessions.
Funding
The central NHS SW London OD team has been allocated funding from a budgeted allocation of central development funds.
