Jeremy Hamilton MBA

Jeremy Hamilton's marketing career spans 20 years, with senior international experience in the technology sector and culminating as Director of Client Strategy at a leading New Media Agency. Besides being professionally qualified in Marketing, he gained an MBA at Cranfield, specialising in eBusiness. He is a co-founder of the Croft Management Centre and an independent strategy consultant.

Chris Croft MBA

Chris Croft has an Operations background, having started with an Engineering Degree from Cambridge, qualifying as a Chartered Engineer, and working as a senior manager in manufacturing for 10 years. He gained an MBA and worked as a university lecturer for four years before starting his own training company in 1986 and then, in 2003, setting up the Croft Management Centre. He has written a number of books and audio CDs and recently launched an fully interactive on-line time management course.

Sarah Daykin MBA

Sarah Daykin has an International Marketing background, encompassing both marketing strategy and marcomms. She has worked at a senior level in both the IT and print and publishing industries, responsible for product positioning and new product launches into domestic and international markets and marketing planning. She gained an MBA, specialising in e-commerce, from the University of Southampton and now runs her own strategic marketing consultancy, McKinley Consultants Limited.

Linda Sykes MNLP, INLPTA

Linda specialises in personal development training and coaching, covering all types of communication skills. Linda's career has included training the above skills in a variety of industries, enabling people to develop their own unique personal power to maximise potential. She is a sought after executive coach, currently studying for Masters Degree in coaching and personal development. She is also an accredited NLP Master Practitioner.

Kate Taylor - MA HRM

Kate Taylor's career spans 20 years within organisations and as a consultant. She gained senior international experience in the energy sector, culminating as Head of International Human Resources for Amerada Hess. Besides being a Chartered Member of the CIPD, Kate has masters degrees in Strategic Human Resource Management and Personal & Organisational Development and currently works in both the public and private sectors.

Malcolm Smith

Malcolm Smith has worked at director, divisional and board level for Dow Chemical, Low & Bonar, Courtaulds, Rexam and Inmos. He has a proven and demonstrable track record in profit turnaround in medium to large PLCs. His European experience is extensive, having made acquisitions in Denmark, Germany, France, Holland, Spain and Italy and having managed large and complex multi-national groups.

Malcolm is currently non-executive Chairman of five companies.

Julia Fieldhouse MSc

Julia has perhaps the best financial grounding one could imagine; she spent ten years as one of Her Majesty's Inspectors of Taxes. Before leaving the Inland Revenue, Julia enjoyed a series of senior Head Office roles covering project and programme management, computer audit and human resources. Her more recent roles have covered operational, information and customer relationship management. She originally studied Politics at Exeter University and is close to completing an MSc in Management Development an Organisational change at Bristol University.

Maggie Rees CMCIPD

Maggie Rees is an experienced OD manager. Maggie has worked in several sectors, and is a Corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has experience in local government at a senior level specialising in organisational change and improvement, leadership and workplace development. Until recently she was Head of the Organisational Development Group of a London Borough. She is now an independent organisational development consultant.
