Croft Centre's delivery team consists of:

• Chris Croft: director and founder of CMC, Engineer, MBA, highly experienced and effective management trainer with 15 year proven track record
  
• Jeremy Hamilton: director and founder of CMC, marketing background, MBA, strategy and e-business consultant, facilitator and trainer
  
• 22 associate lecturers: who combine "doing" with "training" - each with their own specialist subject expertise

Feedback is measured and tracked for each deliverer at each session and only the best facilitators get invited back.

The most important person on the team is:

• Ola Steadman: administrator, who along with her team at head office ensures all the right people, materials and delegates get to the right place at the right time and manages the electronic collection and return of written assignments
