Level 7 Senior Management Qualifications

Senior managers sit at Level 7 on the Qualifications Credit Framework (QCF):

• The material in a Certificate or Diploma in Management at Level 7 targets managers who are at or who are about to move into roles where they can have or need to have leadership and influence on the strategy and future direction of the business.
  
  
• The material at Level 7 is about strategic skills for shaping organisational structure, competencies and direction.
  
  
• The aim is to help experienced managers step up to leading and running an organisation, moving from operational problem solving to fitting the organisation into its wider competitive or public service environment.
  
  
• Costs of Level 7 management qualifications range from about £600 to £2200 per delegate (depending on the length of the programme (Award, Certificate or Diploma in Management) and on which awarding body - CMI, ILM or BTEC).
  
  

  Management Qualifications achievable include:
