Cliff Allen.

Claudine Peet.

Claudine runs her own IT training business and has experience in setting up and running creative departments in the IT Sector, including graphic design and marketing. John is an experienced trainer - he studied for his first degree in Social Sciences at London University, specialising in Industrial Psychology. He has worked for Honeywell Controls, the Business School at Bournemouth University, and has run his own audio-visual products business. He is currently visiting lecturer at Perpignan, Helsinki, and Turkmenistan.

 

Malcolm Smith.

Malcolm Smith has worked at director, divisional and board level for Dow Chemical, Low & Bonar, Courtaulds, Rexam and Inmos. His European experience is extensive, having made acquisitions in Denmark, Germany, France, Holland, Spain and Italy and having managed large and complex multi-national Groups. Malcolm is currently non-executive Chairman of five companies.

Margaret Corridan is a Qualified Chartered Management Accountant with thirteen years commercial management experience. She is also Treasurer of the East Berkshire Branch of The Federation of Small Businesses and a Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Beverley has 20 years experience as a teacher, Royal Air Force Officer and Learning and Development specialist. She now runs her own coaching and facilitation business supporting senior sales executives and business leaders to improve their personal and team effectiveness.

Julia has perhaps the best financial grounding one could imagine; she spent ten years as one of Her Majesty's Inspectors of Taxes. She originally studied Politics at Exeter University.

 

Bob Havard.

Bob has worked in leadership/management and organisation development since the 1970’s as a trainer and consultant. He began his career in the finance section of a local authority, worked in the HR functions of EMI, and as Training Manager for Philips Electronics before taking up lecturing posts at the now University of Central England and the University of Westminster.

 

Kevin Farrow.

An ex RAF Technician, Technical Instructor and experienced management trainer, Kevin is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has designed and delivered programmes for the National Assembly for Wales, the DVLA, DEFRA, the Highways Agency and the MOD.

Simon specialises in developing relationships by telephone, and he helps us find potential clients and identify how we can help them. He also runs training sessions on Customer Relationship Development.

Julian runs James Wilson Limited with Andrew Holm - the two of them have pioneered a unique approach to empowerment through a mixture of radical thinking and in-depth research. They also train others in their methods, because they enjoy it.

Tom Saxlund.
