What is the ILM Diploma in Management Studies and who is it for?

The ILM Diploma in management studies is split in to three different management Levels first line managers, middle managers and senior managers, which are subsequently split in to levels 3, 5 and 7. The ILM Diploma in Management has been designed to cover a whole working career from new starter to chief executive.

The ILM Diplomas in management aim to give practising or potential first line, middle and senior managers a wide choice for formal development in their role. There are no entry requirements however the ILM Diplomas in management courses are generally more suited to practising managers.

ILM Diploma in Management: Unit Summary

There are different units for the ILM Diplomas in management studies which vary for Level 3, 5 or 7. Units cover strategic management disciplines such as:
