To the best of our knowledge, we are one of very few private sector organisations to invest in becoming accredited by all three of the UK's leading Management Awarding bodies. This allows us to to offer totally impartial advice as to which awarding body will best meet your management development needs. How do we work? To deliver our programmes we use a team of talented, enthusiastic subject matter experts. All our lecturers both "teach" and "do". The benefit of this is that they constantly update their skills and knowledge "on the job" - bringing fresh ideas and experience to benefit and stimulate the thinking of your managers as they learn. Our teaching style is fast paced, interactive, challenging and fun. What we care about is how individuals can use the learning practically to help them think about and align personal goals and ambitions with those of their organisation and hence become more effective managers and leaders.
