What makes us different?

Most training organisations offer "sheep dip" training: single subjects on single days or short courses designed to tackle a specific problem.  The trouble is this doesn't actually work. Within a short time delegates forget what they learned. Management qualifications can fix this.

Some training organisations do offer longer tailored programmes, but often these don't work either.  People drop out as other priorities take over, or again, fail to implement and reinforce what they learn because the day to day crisis management takes over. Management qualifications can fix this as well.

Management Qualifications

Croft Centre is different because we do:

• accredited programmes which have the effect of
• motivating managers to engage with the learning - because they get a recognised qualification, and also
• making them apply what they learn - because they have to do that in order to get the qualification

We know this works on account of the 40 successful management qualification programmes we have run like this over the past five years helping around 800 delegates to achieve their qualification goals.  However we also measure the results by running pre and post course 360 surveys which measure change in behaviour.
