Text analysis
- Understanding the bid scorer mindset (helping them to help you)
- Analysis of strengths/weaknesses of a recent bid by a large UK bid team
- Analysis of current bid opportunities for 'bid winner' concepts/scoring points
- Analysis/improvement of delegate texts* (see below)
Text development & pitch - from idea to end product
- Idea generation and assessment
- 'Blocking' a content section with key scoring points
- Adding detail, sub-points & evidence
- Refining text and adapting the product for pitching
- Pitching - and assessing the pitch - as a 'buyer'
